Privacy Policy Migraine Weather

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Migraine Weather (“the app”) keeps your information on your iPhone. This policy explains what the app uses and where it goes.

The short version

Location

The app uses your location (or a city you choose) only to get your weather. Coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo and the U.S. National Weather Service to fetch the forecast, with no name, account, or identifier attached.

Migraine log

Your log (times, weather, risk scores, and comments) is saved only on your device. It leaves your device only if you export or share it yourself.

Usage statistics

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to see which features are used and whether the app is working, for example which screens are opened or whether a forecast loaded. This includes an anonymous app ID, basic device information, and an approximate region based on your IP address.

This data is anonymous and is not used for advertising.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. The purchase screen is provided by Superwall, which receives a random installation identifier, whether you’ve purchased, how you use the purchase screen, general device details, and an approximate region based on your IP address. This is used to unlock the app, test the screen’s design and prices, and measure purchases.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Medical disclaimer

Migraine Weather is for information only and is not medical advice. Always follow your doctor’s guidance.
